Earth
Hour is organized by the World Wildlife Fund. The day was held
for the first time in Australia in 2007 and has spread to the
rest of the World. The goal is, that 1.000.000.000 citizens of
the World will turn of the light for one hour at Saturday the
28th of February in order to set focus on the high energy
consumption and the climate problems.
The Congress in Copenhagen is a sort
of scientific warm-up for
to the
Governmental summit and
Climate
Conference in Copenhagen in December. |
